Jacob Davis, the founder of American Grind Coffee Co., has always had a deep passion for coffee. From visiting hundreds of coffee shops across Michigan to experimenting with nearly every brewing method imaginable, he has developed a true appreciation for the craft. His journey began with a simple love for great coffee, but over time, it evolved into an obsession with quality, flavor, and the unique experience each cup can offer.
After years of tasting, learning, and perfecting different brewing techniques, Jacob realized that coffee is more than just a morning ritual—it’s a culture, a craft, and a way to bring people together. Inspired by his experiences and a desire to create something of his own, he founded American Grind Coffee Co. with the mission of delivering expertly roasted, high-quality coffee that embodies the American spirit—bold, strong, and full of character.
Jacob is committed to sourcing premium beans, refining roasting techniques, and ensuring that every bag of American Grind Coffee Co. meets the highest standards.
